We process personal data only to the extent we need it for something. The site has no form, keeps no user accounts and sells data to no one. This page covers the website apps.ales-urbanek.cz; each app has its own policy, linked from its page.

We learn your e-mail address and whatever you tell us. We need it to reply — the legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering whoever asks, and for questions about the apps the performance of a contract. We keep the correspondence while it is relevant.

The server the site runs on records the IP address, time, page address and browser of every request on its own. Without that the site could not be run or an attack detected, so the legal basis is a legitimate interest in operation and security. We do not use the logs to find out who you are. The server is in the EU.

If you allow measurement in the banner, Google Analytics 4 is used. It measures how many people came, from where, which pages they viewed and what they did there — which links they clicked and how far they read; no individual is identified from it. Until you consent it does not load at all and not one request reaches Google. The details — which cookies, for how long, and who controls them — are in the cookie policy. You can withdraw consent at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

The App Store and Google Play buttons are plain links. Until you click one, nothing reaches Apple or Google; after that the store's own policy applies.

The operator of the EU server the website and e-mail run on, only to the extent that follows from looking after the server. Further Google Ireland Limited — for traffic measurement, if you allowed it; transfers to the USA rest on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We pass data to no one else and use no advertising or remarketing tools.

Correspondence while it is relevant. Your banner answer for 12 months, then we ask again. Data in Google Analytics 4 according to the property's retention setting, Google's default being 14 months. Server logs briefly, only as long as operation and security need.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent to measurement at any time without affecting processing before the withdrawal.

When we add or remove a tool that handles your data, we update this page and ask about measurement again. The date of the last change is at the top.
